Poetic Hybrids is a companion app for an ongoing art project by Seattle artists Ginny Ruffner and Grant Kirkpatrick. For each performance of Poetic Hybrids, gallery visitors were invited to create drawings from a selection of words, and their drawings were passed on to our team of 3d artists who digitally modeled them on the spot. In the final phase of the project each sculpture was added to an Augmented Reality app so that the viewers could view the sculpture of their drawing and use the touchscreen to color on the model.

Requires iOS 10.0 or later. Compatible with iPad.
